Portera is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered guest communication tools for holiday rental agencies and property managers. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Portera platform, website, and all related services.
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Portera on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Portera provides tools to help property managers:
The AI concierge responses are generated by large language models. While we apply safeguards to keep responses grounded in property-specific information you provide, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing your property information and for any guest communication sent via the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@portera.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform to send spam or harass guests.
Portera is offered on a subscription basis at €99 per month per agency. Your subscription begins after a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a valid payment method.
Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of all property information, guest data, and content you provide to Portera. You grant Portera a limited licence to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share guest data with Portera, including compliance with applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR where applicable). See our Privacy Policy for full details of how guest data is handled.
You agree not to use Portera to:
Portera is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, guest dissatisfaction, or missed communications.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
